I always think if we go out to eat, it really should be “Wow-good” . Otherwise I’d rather cook my own food at home. I didn’t know before but there are about 13 bares and restaurants in Sevilla that are on Michelin Guide. Here’s one of them that makes you go “Mmmmm”.
Tradevo ✨
We have been there a few times but we didn’t know that it was recognized by Michelin Guide. Their concept is Tradición + Evolución （Tradition + Evolution）👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 and They take all-time Sevillano’s favorites to the next level with their creativity and delicate touch.
Marinated sardine on a bread with tomato and red pepper… The fish melts in your mouth! Wow…
It sounds like the chef is from Sevilla. They use all local fresh produces mainly from Andalusia.
Shrimp and green apple with lemon mayo wrapped with avocado.
You can tell they pay attention to each item – from the presentation to the taste. That goes for their selections of wine, too. Not too extensive but to the point and they are mainly from Spain.
Rice cooked in broth with stewed oxtail and wild mushrooms stir-fry. Delish!!! 🤤
Meat falls off of these candied pork ribs. Seasonal veggies on the side were also tasty.
There are two locations but the one in el Centro is very accessible even by tourists. There is a plaza where they have veladores (outside seatings) with a plenty of space.
The interior is simple and spacious and the atmosphere is very casual and super friendly!
Tarta de Zanahoria (Carrot Cake）Finally, I found a carrot cake in Sevilla that is moist and not too sweet 👏🏼
There are other items on the menu that caught my eyes…
Diced bluefin tuna from Almadraba 🐟 (a method of fishing and prepping tuna to keep them fresh…) Japanese peeps appreciate that tons 😆

“Wow-good” tapas… I was impressed from the beginning to the end and “Wow” came out after each bite 😆 I highly recommend this place if you are a foodie traveler!
